Rules of Membership
An automatic suspension ($50.00) or termination ($100.00) will be imposed if found in violation of the "One Entry Per Person" rule or if you are caught sharing your membership card.
A Rule Violation Fee ($50.00) is imposed if your membership card is suspended as a result of violating these rules.
A Reinstatement Fee ($100.00) is imposed if your membership is terminated.
The membership card will be deactivated indefinitely until the imposed fee is paid.
These fees may only be paid by the membership card holder, in-person, when a team member is scheduled.

If you are a free member (disabled veteran, SSDI recipient, etc.) your free membership will be revoked.
Violating any of the following rules will either result in suspension or termination of membership: If you break the rules, Drifter's Gym LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without a refund.
a) One Entry Per Person
This is to prevent any unauthorized persons from entering the gym. You will be held responsible for the entry of any unauthorized persons entering the gym, which may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your membership. ID Checks: If you do not present unexpired government-issued identification when asked by the team, and you do not leave when asked, your membership will be suspended until verified at the next opportunity the team is available.
Escorting an animal into the gym will result in an automatic suspension OR termination.
b) Don't Use Outdoor Shoes in the Gym
When entering the gym, take off your outdoor shoes or sandals, place them on the shoe shelf, and put on your indoor shoes or any footwear. It makes a world of a difference when preventing equipment damage and keeping facilities clean.
c) Respect our Community
Drifter's Gym is a positive, drama-free zone. Please respect the personal space and belongings of your fellow members. Leave outside conflicts at the door so everyone can focus on their workout. Above all, treat our staff and your peers with the same kindness and respect that you expect in return.
D) Don't Abuse Equipment
Please use all gym equipment and facility features (including security systems) properly and with care. Members are financially responsible for the full repair or replacement cost of any damage caused by misuse, recklessness, or inappropriate behavior. This liability includes any damage caused by unauthorized personnel/Guests, pets, or items you bring onto the premises. Violations will result in immediate membership termination.
e) Reset & Clean your Station
Please help us keep the gym hygienic and organized for everyone. After completing your exercises, return all equipment (dumbbells, barbells, cable attachments, etc.) to their designated storage spots. Wipe down machines and benches after use with the provided spray and towels. You are also fully responsible for cleaning up your own chalk, food crumbs, spilled drinks, and taking out any personal trash.
f) Report Issues Promptly
For your safety and the upkeep of our facility, please report any equipment malfunctions, personal injuries, or other concerns to us immediately. Liability Wavier
I fully understand and acknowledge that recreational and fitness activities have
(a) inherent risks, dangers, hazards, and such exist in my use of such equipment and my participation in these activities.
(b) My participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to, bodily harm, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
(c) These risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the representatives, employees, or volunteers of Drifter's Gym LLC, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, or other causes.
(d) By my participation in these activities and for use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or the conduct of the representatives, employees, or volunteers of Drifter's Gym LLC, or by any other person.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Drifter's Gym LLC and its representatives, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of any equipment or participation in these activities.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY EITHER MAKING A MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE OR ACCEPTING "FREE MEMBERSHIP" I AGREE NOT TO HOLD DRIFTER'S GYM LLC LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH, CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. PERSONS WHO DO NOT HOLD CURRENT AND VALID MEMBERSHIPS ARE FORBIDDEN FROM CONDUCTING RECREATIONAL AND FITNESS ACTIVITIES. I AGREE NOT TO HOLD DRIFTER'S GYM LLC LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH, CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 14 UNDER MY GUARDIANSHIP AND SUPERVISION. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 14 WITHOUT MY GUARDIANSHIP AND SUPERVISION ARE FORBIDDEN FROM CONDUCTING RECREATIONAL AND FITNESS ACTIVITIES.
