FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

& Answers

How do I register?

... first, please visit the "Registration" page.

I would like to become a member again, how?

... well, if you still have a membership card, you just need to renew your membership online or in-person. If your membership card has been expired for (30) days or more, you would be required to pay an Expiration Fee ($20.00) upon renewal in addition to whatever plan you choose. Just note, you will lose your Loyalty Rate status if your membership card does not have (180) or more days in an unexpired status.

I would like to cancel my membership, how?

... unlike some other gyms, there are no "cancellation fees" because there is no cancellation. If you would like to stop PayPal's automatic payments (Subscription), you could do so via your own PayPal app, login, or other means to access the PayPal account where payments are deducted. To prevent any miscommunication, the member is held responsible for conducting these procedures themselves.

https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/
click "Remove PayPal as payment method" on selected subscription.

There are no cancellation fees?

... that's right. If you pay for a 30-day membership, you are just likely paying the Registration Fee ($40.00) and 30 days ($50.00). It's up to you whether you want to renew or not, before or after your membership card expires. Just note, membership becomes SUBSTANTIALLY more affordable when you become eligible for Loyalty Rates.

What about the One-Time, 365-Days plan or One-Time, 180-Days plan?

... These are one-time payments and discounted. For all plans, once the countdown begins, no refunds are accepted. So, if you're afraid of commitment or unsure whether you'll be using the gym for half-a-year or a year, this may not be the right plan for you.

Do you have a one-day pass?

... no, but there is a "One-Time Entry" pass that is allowed, it is $10.00, paid to staff, in-person, when staff are scheduled at the gym. You can check their schedule on the "Hours" page online.

Do you have a week pass?

... yes, it's $30.00 plus a $20.00 security deposit that is returned once you return the membership card. If you do not return the membership card within (2) weeks of your week pass expiring, the security deposit will be non-refundable. This week pass can be distributed in-person when staff are present.

Can I do deadlifts?

... yea, of course. You can drop weights anywhere in the gym. Just, don't drop weights on other weights lol.

Do you have a shower?

... yes.

Can my son or daughter become members?

... children under the age of 14 may enter the gym free of charge alongside a guardian who is a registered and active gym member. Please bring an unexpired government-issued ID, whether staff is present or not, because you may be ID-checked and if no ID is presented, it is assumed you are breaking the "One Entry Per Person" rule and will be banned. From the age of 14, individuals are able to register as members themselves and are expected to enter and exit the gym by themselves.

I'm a LEO, teacher, and veteran, do I get special treatment?

... we may have events at random times of the year where we allow preferential treatments to members of certain communities. Additionally, if you're a disabled veteran (30% or more), SSDI recipient, or publicly recognized hero, you will be awarded free membership and I would be happy for you to be a member of my gym. For more details, check out the "Membership" page.

Why are these questions so randomly organized?

... no reason, really, just, that's how life works.

Is there free WiFi?

... We try to offer free WiFi when  we can, but it really depends on DOCOMO services being stable or reliable. Most of the time they are...! The Guest WiFi password is in the gym.
