One-Time Entry
By paying, you are also agreeing to the Liability Waiver and Rules of Membership.
Please read these carefully, you may unintentionally or intentionally lose your membership for breaking any of these rules. This is the "Mishap" $10.00 option in the case a Expiration Fee or Replacement Card option were selected by accident; which would translate the $20.00 initially paid to $30.00, thus turning into an On-Demand, 30-Day option payment.
The countdown will begin once payment is verified (0~72 hours after payment).
I fully understand and acknowledge that recreational and fitness activities have
(a) inherent risks, dangers, hazards and such exists in my use of such equipment and my participation in these activities (b) My participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to, bodily harm, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability. (c) These risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the representatives, employees, or volunteers of Drifter's Gym LLC, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, or other causes. (d) By my participation in these activities and for use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or the conduct of the representatives, employees, or volunteers of Drifter's Gym LLC, or by any other person.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Drifter's Gym LLC and its representatives, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of any equipment or participation in these activities.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY SIGNING IT I AGREE NOT TO HOLD DRIFTER'S GYM LLC LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH, CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.
Summary
When you scan your membership card and open the door, only you may enter. Close the door after opening it. When entering, remove your outdoor shoes and put on your indoor shoes, footwear, socks, and what have you, as long as it is clean. The goal: leaving the gym as we found it when entering. Clean and organized. This means, after use, we return the equipment back where it belongs. We use a towel, spray, and wipe equipment after use. We don't leave trash or other items in the gym, whether on the floor, in the restroom, or outside the gym. If there's a problem with the equipment, let us know immediately. If you witness or are having a dispute with another member, let us know immediately. Let's treat the gym facilities and members with respect and kindness by following these simple rules.
An automatic suspension ($50.00) or termination ($100.00) will be imposed if found in violation of the "One Entry Per Person" rule or if you are caught sharing your membership card.
Members are also encouraged to "police our own" which may mean a member approaching you or you approaching another member, to kindly remind them of the rules if found in violation, or contact me directly about the incident while maintaining anonymity, where then I will contact the member directly to inquire about the circumstances of the incident and the evidence at hand.
A Rule Violation Fee ($50.00) is imposed if your membership card is suspended as a result of violating these rules.
A Reinstatement Fee ($100.00) is imposed if your membership is terminated.
The membership card will be deactivated indefinitely until the imposed fee is paid.
These fees may only be paid by the membership card holder, in-person, when staff are scheduled.
If you are a free member (disabled veteran, SSDI recipient, hero, etc.) your free membership will be revoked.
Violating any of the following rules will either result in suspension or termination of membership:
a) One Entry Per Person [Automatic Suspension ➞ Termination] Regardless if you and your friends are all registered members, when you unlock the door, only you should enter, then close the door. Once the door has closed, your friend may unlock the door and enter. This is to prevent any unauthorized persons from entering the gym. You will be held responsible for the entry of any unauthorized persons entering the gym, which may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your membership. ID Checks: If you do not present unexpired government-issued identification when asked by staff, and you do not leave when asked, your membership will be suspended until verified at the next opportunity staff are available.
b) Don't Use Outdoor Shoes in the Gym [2 Warnings ➞ Suspension ➞ Termination] When entering the gym, take off your outdoor shoes or sandals, place them on the shoe shelf, and put on your indoor shoes or whatever. It makes a world of a difference when preventing equipment damage and keeping facilities clean.
c) Be Nice [2 Warnings ➞ Suspension ➞ Termination] In general, don't harass others. Don't touch the belongings of others. Don't bring drama outside the gym into the gym. Your families may be at war outside the gym, but inside the gym, you are brothers and sisters through sweat and pain.
Do not act maliciously towards staff. Staff are doing their best to be kind and respectful, please do the same.
d) Don't Abuse Equipment [Automatic Termination + Compensation for Destruction] If you cause damage to any of the equipment, including the security systems, due to inappropriate behavior, you will pay for it and you will be shocked at just how expensive this equipment is.
e) Return Equipment After Use [2 Warnings ➞ Suspension ➞ Termination] Whether it's a barbell, dumbbell, cable handle, etc. Please return it where you found it.
f) Clean After Yourself [2 Warnings ➞ Suspension ➞ Termination] Use the gym-provided towels or your own towel and use the spray available to clean the equipment after use. Do not litter. If you make any trash, bring it home with you. If you make a protein shake or any other type of shake, clean up any mess you make. If you eat, don't leave crumbs. If you use chalk, clean the area and equipment after use. Just, clean up after yourself.

Protect Your Gear [ losing your gear is just punishment enough... ] Always be mindful of where you leave your things, whether it's your phone, bag, necklace, or anything else.
Report Issues Quickly [ +++ appreciation points if you do this ] Please report any equipment malfunctions, personal injuries, or specific concerns to us immediately. If it's out of hours you can email the Programmer at pg@driftersgym.com
Anyone who has been convicted and registered as a sex offender is not allowed membership and entry is forbidden. Anyone in or in association with a criminal gang or group is not allowed membership and entry is forbidden. If discovered to be a convicted and registered sex offender or in association with a criminal gang or group after registration and payment, Drifter's Gym LLC reserves the right to terminate your membership without a refund.
If you break the rules, Drifter's Gym LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without a refund.
